These Terms govern your access to SupportPolicy Sim. By using the website, checkout, or service, you agree to these Terms.

Service scope

SupportPolicy Sim provides software for policy boundary testing, red-team question generation, hallucination classification, regression checks, and evidence reports for customer service AI. The service does not provide legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, security certification, or a guarantee of compliance.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the policy documents, bot outputs, and other content you submit; for obtaining necessary rights and permissions; for reviewing outputs before relying on them; and for making your own legal, compliance, support, and business decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, upload malware, bypass security controls, collect secrets, test systems you are not authorized to test, or process data in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed through NOWPayments. Cryptocurrency and blockchain payments can be irreversible and subject to exchange-rate, network, and provider conditions. Unless a separate written agreement applies, fees are due at checkout. Refund requests are reviewed case by case when legally required or when we determine the service was not made available as purchased.

You are responsible for taxes, wallet fees, network fees, and any charges imposed by third parties. Pricing and plan limits may change for future billing periods.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or business reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
