SupportPolicy Sim provides software for testing customer service AI against company policy boundaries. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain information when you use the website, checkout flow, or hosted service.

We may collect account contact information, billing contact information, support messages, website analytics, checkout metadata, policy documents you choose to submit, bot response samples, generated test cases, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Do not submit passwords, full payment credentials, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. If your policy corpus includes regulated or sensitive data, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate rights and limiting what you upload.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, process checkout through NOWPayments, generate policy tests, classify AI support risks, create evidence reports, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are handled by NOWPayments or its supported payment infrastructure. We do not store cryptocurrency private keys or full payment credentials. Blockchain transactions may be public, irreversible, and subject to network conditions outside our control.
